Drew from a very early age demonstrated talents of being able to mesmerise audiences in an inimitable style. As an academic during his school years, especially in the fields of science and mathematics, his abilities far outshone his years. Not much has changed, he is still beyond his years displaying a rare ability to perform standards synonymous with the great vocalists throughout history.
Watching and listening to Drew perform songs by Mario Lanza, Enrico Caruso, Bing Crosby, Sammy Davis Jr and Frank Sinatra is an experience one never forgets. Then to watch the same person perform songs by Roy Orbison, Elvis Presley and even Robbie Williams truly makes for a show of variety.
It is in the musical theatre genre that Drew shows an aptitude for drama. Having played many roles that have demanded a strong vocal talent and discipline, his rendition of 'The Phantom of the Opera' is considered by many as one of the best renditions in the world.
